Four people accused of various crimes arrested in Baghdad

The Ministry of Interior (MOI) announced on Monday, the arrest of four people accused of various crimes in the capital, Baghdad.
 
MOI said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "A force from the Fifth Brigade, the Second Division of the Federal Police managed to arrest two suspects in possession of narcotic drugs in the Al-Adel neighborhood in Baghdad.”
 
“Meanwhile, a force from the Eighth Brigade, the Second Division, backed by the intelligence effort, arrested two suspects in possession of counterfeit currency in (Al-Sadreen Square) area and after conducting Search and investigation operations, they were arrested while they trying to trade the counterfeit money,” the statement added.
 
“The suspects were duly referred to the competent authorities to complete the necessary legal and investigative procedures against them,” the statement mentioned.
