Al-Halbousi and US ambassador discuss political situation in the country

Parliament Speaker Muhammad Al-Halbousi discussed on Wednesday, with the US Ambassador to Iraq Matthew Tueller political situation in the country.
 
Al-Halbousi's office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Parliament Speaker Muhammad Al-Halbousi received the US Ambassador to Iraq Matthew Tueller."
 
The statement added, "During the meeting, bilateral relations between two countries were discussed, where the meeting also touched on developments in the political situation in country, as well as a number of issues of common interest ."
