The Cabinet Spokesman and Minister of Culture Hassan Nadhim announced the most prominent decisions taken by the Council of Ministers in its session held today, headed by Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi.
Nadhim said at a press conference in Baghdad attended by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "Iraq is in the process of forming a new government that is preparing for the benefits of the next stage," adding that "the Prime Minister directed all ministries to continue working and prepare for that."
He added, "The Cabinet decided to allocate a financial grant of one billion dinars to support technical activities," noting that "the Cabinet directed the Ministry of Water Resources to rehabilitate the Al-Hindiya Dam."
Nadhim stated that "the Council of Ministers agreed to issue the pension fund system for teachers and workers in universities and private colleges," noting that "the Council of Ministers decided to resume work at Mosul Airport and develop it within the available allocations."
