MOFA counts the Iraqis entering Poland within 8 days

The Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Al-Sahaf, announced that the number of Iraqis entering Polish territory within 8 days amounted to 559 people.

Al-Sahaf told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the total number of Iraqi citizens who entered Polish territory since the beginning of the Ukrainian crisis on February 24, 2022 until today, corresponding to March 3, 2022, reached 559."

Al-Sahaf affirmed, "Continue to grant laissez-passer to every Iraqi who lost his passport from the community," noting that "our embassies in Kyiv, Hungary, Poland, Romania, work around the clock and respond to calls and inquiries received from members of the community in Ukraine or those who have left it."
