Launching new security operations east of Baiji, PMF reports

    The Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) announced on Monday, launching new large-scale search operation east of Baiji.
     
    The Media office of PMF said in a statement, received by The Iraqi News Agency (INA), that" Salah Al-Din Operations Command at PMF , launched new large-scale security operation in Al-Baiji and Al-Hawi areas adjacent to the Tigris, east of Baiji District, Salah Al-Din province."
     
    The statement added that "The security operation was carried out by a force from the Salah al-Din Operations Command and the 51st Brigade at PMF," noting that "the operation came to inspect the rugged areas to prevent the penetration of the terrorists members."
