The Popular Mobilization Authority announced Tuesday the de Tuesday struction of several dens for ISIS in "Albu Marmos" in Salah al-Din Governorate.
The commander of the ninth brigade of PMF, Abdul Karim Khalif Al-Aboudi, said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the forces continue to advance in full swing in Albu Marmos in order to achieve their fully drawn goals," noting that "several hideouts for ISIS terrorists were destroyed contains foodstuffs, electricity generators, and other logistical materials."
Al-Aboudi added that "ISIS terrorist elements took advantage of this area because of the density of trees in it to escape and hide from security pursuit," stressing that "PMF, for the second day in a row, conducted their operations to search the Area of Albu Marmos in Salah al-Din and secure it from ISIS remnants."
