Launching new security Ops in Salah al-Din , PMF says

    The Popular Mobilization Forces announced today, Monday, launching a new security operation in Salah al-Din Operations Sector.
     
    PMF said in a statement, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "A joint force of The Army and the leadership of Salah al-Din operations of The Popular Mobilization Forces, carried out a security operation on the island of Albu Marmos, in the operations of Salah al-Din province." 
     
    PMF also added, "The operation aims to abort any opportunity for the terrorist members to take these areas as their haven," noting that “a force from the 9th and the 35th Brigades of the PMF participated in this operation.”
