Tarek Harb is a writer and lawyer, born in Baghdad in 1945.
He acquired his Bachelor of Law degree from The Mustansiriyah University in 1975, a Master's degree in Law from Baghdad University in 1980, and a Public Law Diploma from Alexandria University.
He served as editor-in-chief of the previous newspaper ALparlaman and former president of the Iraqi Legal Culture Association.

He worked as a law teacher in a number of previous colleges and institutes.
He has many works, most notably:
