Arab Parliament: Attacking Al-Halbousi house targets the Iraqi state

Speaker of the Arab Parliament Adel bin Abdul Rahman Al-Asoomi confirmed on Wednesday, that the attack on the house of the Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Muhammad Al-Halbousi targets the Iraqi state.
 
"Al-Asoomi strongly condemned the missile attack that targeted the house of Iraqi Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi with three Katyusha missiles," included a statement by the Arab Parliament, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
 
The Speaker of the Arab Parliament stressed that "this attack does not target the Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament only, but rather targets the Iraqi national and constitutional entitlements, as it is a threat to the security and stability of the Iraqi state. It seeks to spread chaos and undermine the stability of the state and keep it away from the democratic path that is moving towards it with vigorous steps,”
 
He called on "all Iraqi parties to work seriously in order to make the enemies of Iraq miss such opportunities and help the country to pass this sensitive and delicate stage,"
