    Baghdad - INA

The Ministry of Migration and Displacement announced the provision of strategic storage for the relief of the displaced in the region, while noting that the complete closure of the file is subject to its removal from the political and security orientation .

The official spokesman for the ministry, Ali Abbas, told Al-Iraqiya News, and it was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the ministry has been dealing with the displacement file since 2014 and has emergency plans and preparations that precede any operation, noting that" strategic storage of fuel and relief materials have been provided to the displaced in the province's governorates. ".

He added that "according to international standards, it is not possible to store fuel in the camps for more than 50 liters in order to avoid cases of fires that may occur, and with the decrease in weather conditions, families began to exhaust what remained of their fuel, so an additional quota was added and three days ago they began sending materials in coordination with the Ministry of Oil through storage inside warehouses .

He pointed out that "the ministry has fixed teams in the region to provide relief to the displaced, noting that" the delay that occurred is the closure of some roads in the region," explaining that "the ministry has secured fuel for the non-displaced families living on the outskirts of Mount Sinjar as a humanitarian file because the residents of those areas are not IDPs, but they live in villages, but the ministry dealt with this file from a humanitarian standpoint
