The Minister of Migration and Displaced, Ivan Faiq, counted the number of Iraqis stranded near the Polish border.
Faiq told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "A delegation from the ministry headed by Undersecretary Karim Al-Nouri went to Poland to solve the problems of the stranded, and wait for their force return ," stressing, "We are preventing forced return and with willingly return".
She added, "The ministry is in contact with the UN, as most of the people in the camps in Poland refuse to return," noting that "there are more than 4,000 people who are still stuck at the border between Poland and Belarus".
