Security media: 5 people were arrested in Basra

The Security Media Cell announced the arrest of 5 people with different legal articles in Basra Governorate.

The cell stated, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "with the aim of enhancing security and stability in Basra Governorate, Basra Operations Command continues its assigned duties, as it was able to arrest four wanted persons according to different legal articles and seized various weapons in the sector of responsibility.

The statement added: "While also able to arrest a suspect in possession of a quantity of narcotic pills, in his car within the sector of responsibility".
