Thwarting a terrorist attempt to detonate power transmission towers in Salah al-Din

    The Popular Mobilization Forces -PMF- announced that it thwarted a terrorist attempt to target power transmission towers in Salah al-Din Governorate.
    The media office of PMF stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Dijla Regiment force of Salah al-Din Operations Command at PMF, thwarted  on Wednesday evening, a terrorist attempt to target the power transmission towers."
    The statement added, "A terrorist group tried to sabotage electrical power transmission towers in the Mukashifa area of Salah al-Din Governorate, but the force confronted them and thwarted their criminal attempt."
