Al-Amiri calls on protesters to maintain their peace

The head of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Hadi Al-Amiri, called today, Friday, for the demonstrators to exercise restraint and maintain their peace. 

Al-Amiri said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "We condemn and denounce in the strongest terms, and we follow with great anger the hideous state of repression with which the government authorities deal with peaceful demonstrators who object to the theft of their voices and falsification of results, and who did not go beyond the limits of democracy in the ways of expressing their opinions guaranteed to them by the constitution". 

He added: "We call on the judicial authorities to intervene urgently to bring to justice those who issued orders to shoot live bullets at the demonstrators and to punish all the hands that extended and contributed to the death and wounding of a number of peaceful demonstrators. responsibility to protect them.

Al-Amiri also called, according to the statement, to the demonstrators to exercise restraint and preserve their peace, which has shown the most wonderful forms of discipline and wisdom, this peace that will inevitably triumph.
