At least four people have been killed and three others injured in an explosion at a chemical factory in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of northern China on Friday evening.
The bomber struck shortly after 11:00 p.m. The fire at the chemical plant’s workshop at the Bayon Obo Industrial Park in Alexa League (prefecture) was extinguished on Saturday morning.
The firm’s legal representative has been taken into custody by local public safety officials, while the company has stopped production. The regional government has formed an investigation team to find out the cause of the accident.
