Russia: Thwarting an ISIS terrorist attack

    The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) announced today, Friday that it had thwarted a terrorist attack by ISIS gangs in the Caucasus.
     
    FSB said in a statement that it "prevented pro-ISIS member from launching an attack on transport infrastructure in the Stavropol region in the North Caucasus."
