Head of Commissioners Council: Audit results are ready

Independent High Electoral Commission announced the results of the poll after the completion of the manual counting process.

“The process of checking the election results has been completed, after completing the counting and manual counting of 3681 stations,” said the head of the Commission's Board of Commissioners, Judge Jalil Adnan, in a press conference followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

He added, "The preliminary results are now available to everyone through the website of the High Elections Commission," noting that "these results are preliminary and can be appealed,”

"We are obligated by law to stand at the same distance from all candidates,” he included.
