The correspondents of the Iraqi News Agency (INA) said today, Friday, that the special voting process is going very smoothly throughout the country.
Polling stations opened their doors for private voting at 7:00 a.m. Baghdad time in the first early parliamentary elections in the country since 2003.
The special vote includes members of the security services, prisoners and IDPs, while the general polling will take place next Sunday throughout Iraq, in which 3,249 candidates, 21 coalitions, and 109 parties are competing.
