Norway striker Erling Haaland confirmed on Monday that he would not be fit to play against Turkey and Montenegro next week in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers, as he is still recovering from a thigh injury.
“Unfortunately, I will not be ready to play for the national team,” Haaland wrote on Twitter on Monday, who missed the last three matches of his team, Borussia Dortmund, in all competitions, and I wish Norway win.
Norway will face Turkey on October 8, before hosting Montenegro three days later.
