Directorate of the National Data Center in the General in Secretariat of the cabinet announced on Sunday, the success of the trial launch of the electronic messaging platform, while the Secretary General of the cabinet Hamid Al-Ghizi directed to accelerate the comprehensive government connectivity.
Head of the directorate supervising the project said in a statement issued by that cabinet secretariat and received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that “The trial launch of the platform was carried out between a number of real estate registration directorates, two tax departments and the Karrada Court," adding that "in the next phase, the Department of Forensic Medicine will be involved in the Ministry of Health to provide the courts with a registration of the deceased and the examination of the living.”
"The citizen can complete his paper work in the real estate registration directorates and go directly to complete the tax procedures, without having to wait two or three weeks as before, where the citizen receives the confirmation of the paper work and through the quick access code its documents are verified immediately," he said.
"Work has also been carried out with regard to the legitimate allotment document issued by the Karrada Court, which is provided to the real estate registration directorates through the same mechanism," he said.
"After conducting the field survey and contacting a number of citizens who benefit from the service, The Secretary General of the cabinet, Hamid Naeem al-Ghizi, addressed the necessary requirements for the generality of this service in all real estate registration directorates and tax departments in Iraq, by ensuring that the sites operating in the government network are connected to all the necessary equipment, in addition to connecting all Baghdad courts," the statement said.
