For an official visit, Al-Halbousi arrives in Cairo

Speaker of parliament Mohamed Al-Halbousi arrived in Cairo at the head of a parliamentary delegation for an official visit.

"Speaker of the parliament Mohammed al-Halbousi, accompanied by a parliamentary delegation, arrived in the capital of The Arab Republic of Egypt, Cairo, for an official visit," the speaker's media office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

The statement added that "The visit will include a meeting with President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, speaker of the parliament, speaker of the Senate and the prime minister, as well as his eminence Sheikh of al-Azhar, speaker of the Arab Parliament and secretary general of the Arab League."
