The Minister of Water Resources, Mahdi Rashid Al-Hamdani, discussed with Mohammad Taqi Khamsi, the Iranian Assistant Minister of Energy, the water file and the need to share the damage in a time of scarcity.
Ministry of Water Resources said in a statement, today, Sunday, that "the Minister of Water Resources, Mahdi Rashid Al-Hamdani, is participating in the high-level ministerial delegation headed by Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi, who is visiting the Islamic Republic of Iran, and on the sidelines of the visit, the minister held a round of talks with Muhammad Taqi Khamsi, Assistant Minister of Energy and responsible for the water file, in the presence of the Energy Minister's Advisor for Water Affairs, Seddiqa Turabi. The discussions focused on the need to share the damage at a time with the need to intensify meetings at the technical level to solve all the problems on the issue of water.
