BOC: Citizens' cooperation leads to capture a killer southeast of Baghdad

Baghdad Operations Command announced, on Wednesday, the arrest of a killer in the southeast of the capital, Baghdad, due to citizens' cooperation.

A statement by BOC, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "based on information provided by a citizen about a crime, a security work team was immediately formed from the First Brigade Federal Police, The Agency of Intelligence and Federal Investigations, and in cooperation with Zafaraniyah Police Station, as the team was able to arrest the killer after chasing him in Al-Basateen area within the Nahrawan sector, southeast of Baghdad.

BOC also added, “The accused was arrested and handed over to the competent authorities to receive his punishment in accordance with the law.”
