Kuwait PM: The upcoming elections is an important step to Iraq

Kuwait Prime Minister Sheikh Subah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Subah stressed on Saturday, that Iraq is one of the security and economic pillars in the region.

"Iraq is on the verge of an important stage represented by the elections, and that Kuwait will remain in support of Iraq,” said Al-Sabah in his speech during Baghdad Conference for Cooperation and Partnership, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

He expressed his thanks to Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi for calling for Baghdad conference, saying “We look forward to continuing to implement the agreements signed with Iraq,”
