Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi toured, on Sunday, a number of examination centers in Baghdad, while stressing that there is no flattery at the expense of the education.
Al-Kadhimi said, according to a statement that is issued by his media office, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), and during his visit to a number of examination centers on the first day of the ministerial exams for the final grades of high schools: "We are visiting you today on the first day of the final exams, to incite your determination towards success, encourage you to exert your utmost efforts; In order to succeed and achieve high marks that qualify you to chart the path of your future.”
He added: "Despite the health, economic, and security compelling conditions that the country is going through, and the frequent targeting of power towers, we insisted that these exams be successful with your determination to face the challenge and achieve success."
Al-Kadhimi continued: "Yes, the health situation is dangerous, and we need to adhere to safety procedures as much as possible, but despite that , you are here today taking the examinations , and facing difficulties, as there is no flattery at the expense of education, and we directed before the exams to provide all the means to conduct the examination process smoothly and easily, and with procedures that maintain your safety, and the safety of the teaching cadres.”
Al-Kadhimi also said: "With you, my dear students and, Iraq rises, and we are working day and night only for your safety, through making a better future for you and for those who come after you, I pray for you to achieve the high marks for you, and for our beloved Iraq."
