Foreign Ministry spokesman Ahmed Al-Sahaf announced the return of 240 Iraqis stranded in Belarus to Baghdad.
Al-Sahaf said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "a flight that includes 240 Iraqi travelers stuck in Belarus and the common border with Lithuania, headed to Baghdad now. He added, "Iraqi Airways is doing exceptional efforts, accompanied by the diplomatic staff residing in Minsk, to provide all the necessary facilities.
