Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya football team was officially crowned the Premier Football League trophy after the victory over Al-Hodood with two goals to one at Al-Shaab International Stadium in the final round of the Iraq Football League for 2020-2021 season.
Although the match did not affect the standings of the two teams, as Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya won the title three rounds before the end, while Al-Hodood team was confirmed to be relegated to the first division.
The match witnessed a number of chances, and the first half ended in a draw with no goals.
The second half, Bilal Khader managed to open the score for Al-Hodood at mnt 50, but Hamadi Ahmed scored in return for Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya at mnt 67.
The league's top scorer, Ayman Hussein, crowned his efforts by scoring the second goal at mnt 87, ending with two goals to one in favor of the Iraqi league champion.
Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya raised its score to 83 points and officially crowned the title, while Al-Hodood was relegated to the first degree, as it finished the season in the nineteenth place with 31 points.
