Today, Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the holding of a new round of political consultations between Iraq and China.
Ministry spokesman Ahmed Al-Sahhaf said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "Iraq and China held a new round of political consultations, and reviewed the most important steps taken by the two countries in developing bilateral relations and ways to strengthen it.
He added that regional and international issues that concern the interests of both sides were discussed," noting that "it was agreed on the need for coordination in various fields.
