The Jordanian Foreign Minister, Ayman Safadi, confirmed today, Sunday, that the Baghdad summit stressed the need to end the Syrian crisis and reach a final solution in Libya.
Safadi said in a joint press conference with the foreign ministers of Egypt and Iraq, which was attended by the correspondent of the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the Baghdad summit discussed various files," noting that "we stand together to face common challenges."
He added, "We stand by Iraq to face the challenges," noting that "the Jordanian government supports Iraq in rebuilding, and our relationship proceeds according to common interests."
Safadi also added, "Iraq must be neutralized from any regional differences and repercussions," explaining that "the Baghdad summit reflected the leaders' will to enhance joint cooperation."
