The Supreme Judicial Council announced on Monday, that Salah al-Din Criminal Court, issued five rulings against the Sharia extremist judge of ISIS terrorist gangs for various crimes.
SJC media office stated in a statement received by Iraqi News Agency (INA), that Salah al-Din Criminal Court considered cases of a terrorist criminal who worked as a judge for ISIS terrorist gangs and issued its death penalty four times against him, while the fifth sentence was life imprisonment.
the terrorist participated in several terrorist operations, including the detonation of an explosive device on an Iraqi army patrol that led to the martyrdom of five members, and kidnapping crimes against innocent citizens, as well as participating in the attack on Amerli district with other members of the ISIS criminal gangs as well as many other crimes, the statement also added.
The terrorist was convicted in accordance with the provisions of Article 4/1 of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 13 of 2005.
