The head of the Iraqi Media Network, Nabil Jassem, and the Chaldean Patriarch in Iraq and the world, Cardinal Louis Raphael Sako, discussed today, Sunday, the Pope's recent visit to Iraq and the development of the Syriac channel.
And the reporter of the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated that "the head of the Iraqi Media Network, Nabil Jassim, visited, accompanied by a member of the Board of Trustees, Madeleine Esho, the Chaldean Patriarch in Iraq and the scholar Cardinal Louis Raphael Sako, in his office, and the Pope's recent visit to Iraq and the success achieved by the media network in its coverage were discussed.".
He added that "the meeting also dealt with the development of the Iraqi Syriac channel, while the head of the media network promised to develop the performance of the Syriac, as is the case in Al-Akhbariya and Al-Iraqiya General."
For his part, Sako praised "the performance of the Iraqi Media Network in its distinguished coverage of the Pope's visit," praising "the development of the network's joints and the Syriac channel, which receives special attention."
