ICAA signs a memorandum of understanding with France

The Cabinet General Secretariat announced signing a memorandum of understanding between the Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority - ICAA and France to rehabilitate Mosul International Airport.
This came according to a statement by Haider Majeed, spokesman for the Cabinet General Secretariat to Iraqi News Agency - INA.
"The qualification comes within the French loan offered to Iraq," he added.
