The Parliamentary Finance Committee determined today, Friday, the time required to audit the draft federal budget bill for the year 2021.
The committee rapporteur, Ahmed Al-Saffar, said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “In the event that the government sends the draft federal budget bill for the fiscal year 2021, during the current month or at the end of it, the Finance Committee needs a month or 45 days to complete the audit of the exchange entries,revenues and others while hosting the concerned government agencies. "
He pointed out that "oil prices are not stable, but it is estimated that the budget will be based on the price of $ 45," noting that "the region's share will be according to the agreement, and in accordance with the constitution and the Financial Management Law."
