Today, Saturday, the PMF expressed its rejection of the use of violence and sabotage in any way.
In a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), the crowd stated: "We understand the feelings of Iraqis, those who love and are keen on the sacrifices and blood of the people of the Popular Mobilization Forces, and we support freedom of opinion, protest and peaceful demonstration as stipulated in the constitution, but we reject the use of violence and sabotage in any form."
He called on the crowd "everyone to preserve the prestige of the state, societal peace and respect for security men in this sensitive circumstance."
