Ministry of Health announced the 2281 new cases of COVID-19 and 1695 cases were recovered.
Around 16110 were tested in all the specialized laboratories in Iraq; thus the total number of samples of tests since the beginning of the disease in Iraq reached 744847,included a statement by the Ministry and was received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
The 2281 new infections distributed as follows: Baghdad, Rusafa 208, Baghdad, Al-Karkh 426, Medical City 30, Najaf 85, Sulaymaniyah 156, Erbil 73, Duhok 9, Karbala 118, Kirkuk 129, Diyala, 99, Wasit 128 Basra 215, Maysan 69, Babel 179, Diwaniyah 66, Dhi Qar 132, Anbar 15, Muthanna 55, Nineveh 24, and Saladin 65.
The recovered cases reached 1695 and distributed as follows: Baghdad / Rusafa 211, Baghdad / Al-Karkh 235, Medical City 14, Najaf 118, Sulaimaniya 26, Erbil 44, Duhok 8, Karbala 87, Kirkuk 60, Diyala 66, Wasit 62, Basra 168, Maysan 84, Babel 51, Diwaniyah 119, Dhi Qar 140, Anbar 17, Muthanna 88, Nineveh 17 and Saladin 80.
The new deaths for this day amounted to 90 cases distributed as follows: Baghdad, Rusafa 12, Baghdad Al Karkh 10, Medical City 3, Najaf 1, Sulaymaniyah 12, Erbil 6, Karbala 4, Kirkuk 6, Diyala 1, Wasit 1, Basra 7, Maysan 6, Babel 4, Diwaniyah 1, Dhi Qar 8, Anbar 2, Muthanna 3 and Saladin 3.
The epidemiological data of COVID-19 has become as follows: total recoveries 54.316, total infections 86.148, total patients 28.310, total in intensive care 382 and total deaths 3522.
