Health: 1635 new cases of COVID-19 and 872 recoveries

Ministry of Health and Environment announced the 1635 new cases of COVID-19 in all of Iraq and 872 recovered.

"(11226) tests were made in all the specialized laboratories in Iraq for this day, and thus the total number of the tests since the beginning of the pandemic in Iraq reached (425192)", included a statement by the Ministry and received by Iraqi News Agency (INA).


The (1635) new cases in Iraq distributed as follows: Baghdad / Rusafa: 302, Baghdad / Al-Karkh: 177, Medical City: 38, Najaf: 75, Sulaymaniyah: 173, Erbil: 47, Duhok: 4, Karbala: 67, Kirkuk: 67, Diyala: 44, Wasit: 103, Basra: 97, Maysan: 110, Babil: 154, Diwaniyah: 64, Dhi Qar: 63, Anbar: 27, Nineveh: 8, Salahuddin: 15 .

The 872 recovered cases were as follows: Baghdad / Rusafa: 140, Baghdad / Al-Karkh: 196, Medical City: 37, Najaf: 43, Sulaimaniya: 23, Erbil: 67, Duhok: 4, Karbala: 38, Kirkuk: 9, Diyala: 2, Wasit: 69, Basra: 43, Maysan: 70, Babel: 46, Dhi Qar: 25, Al-Diwaniyah: 33, Anbar: 11, Nineveh: 6, Salahuddin: 10 .

The Ministry also indicated that the death cases for today were 69 and as follows: Baghdad / Rusafa: 15, Baghdad / Karkh: 6, Medical City: 9, Najaf: 2, Sulaimaniya: 7, Karbala: 1, Kirkuk: 4, Diyala: 2, Wasit: 3, Basra: 4 , Maysan: 1, Babel: 2, Diwaniyah: 7, Dhi Qar: 4, Anbar: 1, Salahuddin: 1 .

The total number of infected cases reached: 27,352, the total number of recovery cases: 12205, the total sleepers: 14222, those who are under intensive care: 200 and the total death cases are 925.
