The first deputy speaker of Parliament, Hassan Al-Kaabi, addressed all ministries of the need to adhere to the implementation of Cabinet Resolution No. 373 of 2019, to appoint high-school diploma holders.
A statement of his media office said to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), today, Tuesday, that "the first deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, Hassan Al-Kaabi, received representatives from the sit-in in front of the Ministry of Oil, who hold diplomas in engineering specialties."
Al-Kaabi added: "Everyone is proud of the presence of young people with high educational degrees with rare engineering and scientific specializations, and they have the right to harvest their tiredness and their arduous efforts for many years of study and searching for knowledge, and it is the duty of the state that the government represents to provide them with job opportunities commensurate with their scientific specialization."
