Representative of the Iraqi Forces Alliance, Dhafer Al-Ani stressed the need for the Prime Minister-designate to make efforts to approach the demonstrators.
Al-Ani said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that it is too early to judge Allawi's ability to form his government or gain the parliament’s confidence in his absolute majority.
Al-Ani stressed the need for the Prime Minister-designate to make a greater effort to approach the demonstrators, and without this we will remain in the cycle of violence and counter-violence.
He pointed out that the final opinion of his alliance will remain pending until a realistic ministerial program is implemented, applicable and consistent with the requirements of the masses and responding to the necessary needs.
