The Iraqi judiciary is committed to prosecuting Iraqi terrorists or foreigners if they commit crimes in Iraq, Foreign Minister Mohammed Ali al-Hakim said .
The ministry said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency that Hakim stressed during a television interview with the Dutch media network and the newspaper NRC, the Iraqi judiciary is committed to the prosecution of Iraqi terrorists, or foreigners if they committed crimes in Iraq, and is not responsible for the prosecution of foreigners in Syria for crimes committed there Against non-Iraqis.
