The head of the parliamentary finance committee Dr. Haitham al-Jubouri announced Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi's approval of the distribution of vacant grades in the Ministry of Defense, amounting to 28 thousand between the provinces after the re-dissolution of their contracts.

Jubouri said: In the meeting with the Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohammed Halbousi and Minister of Planning Nuri al-Dulaimi and Deputy Minister of Finance and the Strategic Planning Committee, it was found that the number of dissolved contracts in the Ministry of Defense reached 80 thousand fighters, and the number of degrees allocated to them in the budget is 108 thousand degrees There will be 28000 vacancies.
