The security media cell denied on Wednesday that US forces prevented Iraqi forces from entering the Wadi Horan and confirmed that our forces have authority over Iraqi territory.

The cell said in a statement received that it denies what circulated some social networking sites about the US forces to prevent Iraqi forces from entering the Wadi Horan, and confirm that our security forces are the owner of authority on Iraqi territory and that their movements are ordered by the commander of the armed forces, under the supervision Joint Operations Command.

She added that security forces reserve the right to prosecute the promoters of this rumor, and any media can find out the truth by escorting the Iraqi security forces in this region to uncover the falsity and allegations of those who promote such lies.
