    Foreign Minister Mohammed Ali Al-Hakim said on Friday that Iraq's participation as an observer in the Astana 13 negotiations is a remarkable step towards recognizing its pivotal Arab, regional and positive role in working with the countries of the region to find acceptable solutions to the problems of the region.
