Salih receives an invitation from prince of Qatar

 President of the Republic Dr. Barham Salih received on Thursday an invitation from Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to participate in the 19th Doha Forum, during the reception of Qatari Ambassador to Iraq Khalid bin Hamad al-Sulaiti.

Salih referred importance of relations between the two countries and the need to develop it to serve the interests of the two brotherly peoples, stressing that the strengthen and expansion of cooperation frameworks between Iraq and Qatar serves the stability and security of the region as a whole.

  Qatari ambassador affirmed his country's support for Iraq and readiness to contribute to the reconstruction the liberated areas, stressing that Qatar keenness to activate bilateral work and serve the common relations and sustainability.
