Prime Minister: Labor Day is an occasion to raise the value of work that brings stability and prosperity

 Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi said on Wednesday that Labor Day is an occasion to raise the value of work that brings stability and prosperity.

 In a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency the prime minister congratulated Iraqi workers on the occasion of their World Day:

 The anniversary of the first of May, the International Workers' Day, falls on the Iraqis this year. They face a serious challenge and great opportunities for the building and reconstruction of our beloved country after our great victory over terrorism.
