Iraq Fund for Development and Elsewedy Electric sign a memorandum of understanding

INA- BAGHDAD
The signing of a memorandum of understanding with Elsewedy Electric was announced by the Iraq Fund for Development on Monday.
"The Iraq Fund for Development signed a memorandum of understanding with Elsewedy Electric," said the Iraqi News Agency (INA) reporter.
He went on, "The memorandum aims to establish an Iraqi investment fund under the name of the [Resettlement Fund] in order to attract investments from both domestic and foreign sources in order to develop strategic projects in multiple sectors and to develop economic alternatives in a variety of fields in order to lessen reliance on oil."
