Finance Minister Taif Sami Mohammed emphasized today the necessity of adhering to established timelines to achieve economic reforms.
In a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), the minister chaired a meeting to monitor the implementation of the financial, economic, and digital aspects of the government program, where she reviewed the latest developments in the plans and measures adopted by the government to achieve economic and financial reforms and discussed the challenges facing the program's execution.
According to the statement, the minister highlighted "the importance of sticking to the specified timelines and achieving the desired goals in enhancing economic stability."
The meeting also addressed key economic and financial indicators, reviewed the results of the reforms completed to date, and discussed ways to accelerate the pace of reform in vital sectors. Minister Sami stressed the need for cooperation among all parties to achieve sustainable development and improve citizens' living standards.
The statement concluded with the minister urging relevant sides to continue their diligent work and intensify efforts to ensure the success of the reform program and achieve sustainable economic growth.
