Minister of Foreign Affairs Muhammed Ali al-Hakeem and the Secretary-General of the Arab League Ahmed Abu al-Gheit discussed several issues of mutual interest, especially the future role that Iraq will be making in the Arab League.
This came during the mutual meeting of the Foreign Ministers and the ministers concerned with the economic and social preparatory council of the Arab Economic, Development and Social Fourth Summit.
The discussion included the candidacy of few Iraqi figures to hire positions inside the League.
