The founder of the African Business Club in Russia, Louis Guind, announced today, Saturday, that all independent countries in the African continent, numbering approximately 54 countries, seek to develop cooperation with Russia at all levels.

“The volume of trade with Russia for several years was 2% of the volume of trade of African countries, and now it is about 4%, the percentage is still meager, but things are going well,” Goind said.

“Of course, this was largely facilitated by the new geopolitical situation that emerged in the world after February 2022,” Goind added.

“Almost all 54 independent states on the continent are now interested in developing multifaceted relations with Moscow,” Goind stressed.
“Some countries have pro-Western elites in power, but even in these countries people, unlike the authorities, want to build normal relations with Russia,” he concluded.
