The head of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, praised today, Saturday, the role of the Iraqi Media Network in covering the million-person visits while congratulating the head and members of the network's Board of Trustees on their new tasks.

During his meeting with the delegation of the Iraqi Media Network headed by Karim Hammadi and the membership of the directors of channels, newspapers and magazines, and the delegation of the Board of Trustees of the Iraqi Media Network headed by Thaer Al-Ghanmi, Al-Hakim stressed the importance of the network in supporting and advancing the Iraqi media, praising the role of the network in covering the millions of visits.

Al-Hakim called for "establishing the Iraqi University of Media, so that its curricula include the latest developments in the field of media and artificial intelligence," calling for "establishing a city for media and drama production and for activities to be built in light of the crises and problems identified by statistics." He pointed out "the importance of establishing a satellite channel for children to protect the new generation from deviant ideas," stressing "the network's paternalism towards the rest of the channels and that the rest of the channels invest in presenting their drama product." He urged "awareness programs capable of urging people to participate in the elections, calling for hosting media delegations to convey the Iraqi experience and remove the confusion surrounding it."

Al-Hakim stressed the "importance of sustaining development programs for the network's media cadres with state support, talking about achievements, removing the language of frustration and pessimism, and confronting social ills such as drugs and divorce."

Al-Hakim also congratulated the "chairman and members of the network's board of trustees on their new tasks," stressing the "integration of performance between the board of trustees and the Iraqi Media Network, and the importance of coordination and planning to improve the reality of government media."
