The Supreme Council for Youth's Member and Advisor to the Prime Minister for Youth Affairs, Qasim Al-Dhalmi, emphasized the accomplishments of the Council's work today, Friday, pointing out that youth will have plenty of opportunities for suitable employment.

Al-Dhalmi told the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that the tasks assigned to the Supreme Council for Youth by the Council of Ministers are carried out by coordinating with public institutions, investigating youth-related issues, carrying out governmental decisions, submitting and monitoring projects whose work involves youth sectors, and submitting reports concerning youth-oriented endeavors that operate within the realm of youth, along with devising unique initiatives, projects, events, and choices within youth.

"What has been accomplished through these tasks is improving job opportunities for young people," he continued, "because they will develop skills and have access to numerous suitable job opportunities through training programs and initiatives." Young people will gain new and varied skills that will boost their productivity and abilities as well as their involvement in the community. They will also feel more like valuable members of society with more opportunities to participate in decision-making, improve social stability, improve living conditions, provide better opportunities for young people, lower crime rates, and develop into active youth leaders.
